Letter from the Harvard Business School Club of New York (HBSCNY) President

Dear Visitor,

Welcome! The Harvard Business School Club of New York (HBSCNY) has a rich and glorious history as one of the most vibrant alumni clubs anywhere in the world. And we invite you to join us.

The Club had an amazing 2017. We celebrated the Club's 50th annual gala in May and programming continues to be strong. I have been extremely pleased to see the activity level of our seniors – they embody the true spirit of the Club and the power of the HBS network. Notable events have included the CEO of Cartier, the CEO of Citigroup and Professor Clayton Christensen. We also had our first Entrepreneurship Conference.

We continue to impact the Greater New York community through the pro-bono consulting of Community Partners volunteers, serving 42 nonprofit clients with 256 volunteers in fiscal year 2017. HBS Angels is the largest angel investing community in New York, achieving another remarkable calendar year of investments made, with over $2.1M invested in 13 companies.

We have many exciting things in store for 2018 with the annual New Venture Competition and other high level programs. In addition, planning for the Club’s 51st annual gala is well underway.

I urge you all to become involved and share your ideas on how we can make this platform better.

With best wishes,

Katherine Bahamonde Monasebian
President, HBS Club of NY
