2024 NDCP Summer Camps

Notre Dame College Prep is excited to announce its 2024 Summer Camps! Please sign your child up for the grade he/she will be in as of September 2024. 

1. Online registration will be required in order to participate in our summer camps. Please note that a 3% processing charge will be added to all charged camp fees.
   
   2. Earlier registrations for the June/July camps is suggested. Waiver certificates that were purchased at fundraising events will be honored. You will need to designate that you have a certificate by filling out the first part of the form.
   
   3. NO WALK-UP REGISTRATION. State guidelines dictate that all camp registration is done online. We won’t be able to accept campers into camp unless they register online.
   
   4. All campers should report to the gym doors upon arrival for their camp activity. After check-in at the gym, coaches will pick up campers and proceed to their camp location. Coaches and camp personnel will be on hand to help with this process. Cars should drop campers off by the orange cones. PLEASE USE the main entrance (off Ozark Ave.) to the school. Campers will be picked up by the Grotto.

   5. You must BRING YOUR OWN WATER in an identified bottle. Athletes should come to camp ready to be involved. Please make sure equipment bags have proper identification.
   
   6. All camps will take place, rain or shine. We will notify you only if a camp closes.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”), acknowledged on the date it is accepted by a parent or guardian of any minor child, is for the benefit of Notre Dame College Prep, a not-for-profit organization organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively “NDCP”). It is understood, that the failure to acknowledge acceptance of the terms contained herein will result in the applicant being denied the right to participate in the NDCP Summer Athletic Camp. We hereby freely and voluntarily, without duress, execute this Release under the following terms:

1. Waiver and Release. We, on our behalf and on behalf of our child, release and forever discharge and hold harmless NDCP and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from our child’s participation in Summer Athletic Camps at NDCP.
2. Insurance. We understand that NDCP does not carry or maintain health, medical, or disability insurance coverage for participants. Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
3. Medical Treatment. We hereby release and forever discharge NCDCP from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during our child’s participation in NDCP sponsored Athletic Summer Camps.
4. Photographic Release. We grant and convey unto NDCP all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by NDCP during our child’s participation in NDCP Summer Athletic Camps, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
5. Other. We expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Illinois in the United States of America, and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. We agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release, which shall continued to be enforceable.
6. The individuals acknowledging this agreement and indemnify NDCP from any and all lawsuits including suits filed by third parties against any loss, cost or expense incurred by the NDCP as a result of any action taken by the NDCP with regard to the NDCP Summer Athletic Camps, including, without limitation, all court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs of collection or defense.

To express our understanding and acceptance of this Release and Waiver, we acknowledge the Agreement.
