CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds can be issued only if your place(s) can be resold. Cancellation 30 days prior to departure: no refund. Cancellation of program by tour organizers: full refund. Should events beyond the control of the Civil War Institute at Gettysburg College, the George Tyler Moore Center for the Study of the Civil War, or the tour bus operator necessitate the cancellation of the tour or a portion thereof, a full refund will be calculated based on the cost of services used up to the time of the group's return.

Participants may choose either to board the bus at Gettysburg College or board the bus at Shepherd University. The bus will depart the college campus at 7 am and will return around 8:00 pm.

For those who are boarding the bus at Gettysburg College, please meet the bus at the Musselman Stadium Bus Loop by 7:00 am.

For those who are boarding the bus at Shepherd University, please prepare to meet the bus at Lot H on West Campus by 8:15 am.
