From inviting alumni to exciting campus events, to guest lecturing a class, we know that engagement is happening across campus each and every day.


In order to accurately understand the volume and impact of our collective engagement efforts, the Office of Student, Alumni, and Friends Engagement has created this streamlined process to capture this important information.

Step 1: Fill out this alumni engagement tracking form

After entering your information, you'll need to add the alumni guest details on the next page. You can add as many guests as needed. Please remember to include their class year, job title, employer, and the date they plan to attend your event on campus.

Step 2: Find the confirmation email with the link to get the alumni appreciation perks (free parking, alumni swag, etc.)

It should come instantly! Look for an email confirmation from alumni@mail.fresnostate.edu. Check spam if you have an issue.
