CALTECH TOGETHER

With more than 26,000 Caltech graduates, the Caltech Alumni Association values alumni volunteer leaders and their desire to bring Caltech together in communities around the world.

Caltech Together is an initiative launched to support local alumni events organized by Techers in their community. With the support of the Caltech Alumni Relations team, events are promoted via Caltech Alumni Association’s marketing channels to local alumni.

Before submitting an event for Caltech Together, please be sure there are at least eight (8) weeks until your proposed event date and please review the Event Conduct Policy.

No- the event is free to participate.
No- guests can pay on their own directly at the venue.
No- I can pay on behalf of all registered guests and they can reimburse me at the event.

Please note: All expenses incurred in organizing and hosting events are still covered by the alumni host and/or participants.

I agree to uphold the Caltech Honor Code.
I have reviewed and agree to the Event Conduct Policy.
I agree to sign a data privacy agreement and never share Caltech alumni data and personal information that may be provided to me.
I will manage and submit the final list of guests who attended to the Caltech Alumni Relations Office within one week of the event.
I will submit payment information, if applicable, and abide by all financial policies outlined above.
I acknowledge that the Caltech Alumni Association is not responsible for expenses related to this event.
I understand that this form must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the event date. If less, I understand that I may not receive full support from the Alumni Relations team through Caltech Together marketing.
