Join us on Saturday, June 15th from 6-9 p.m. for a delicious low country shrimp boil supporting the Alumni Legacy Scholarship Endowment. This endowment provides annual $1,000 scholarships to deserving legacy students of Fort Smith Junior College, Westark, and UAFS alumni.
Each dinner includes a heaping portion of boiled shrimp, andouille sausage, corn-on-the cob, potatoes, a side of KJ’s famous Chicken Jambalaya, beer, wine, margaritas, and our (in)famous Blue Typhoon hurricanes. Guests with shellfish allergies receive a meal of sausage, corn, and potatoes from a separate cooker along with chicken jambalaya.
