Gifts to the Columbia College Chicago Library support and enhance the ongoing collection development, programming, facilities and technology initiatives for the community of students, faculty, staff, and users of the Columbia College Chicago Library. Donors to the Library are students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the general public who recognize that at the heart of a great academic institution is its library.
The Little Food Library (LFL), located on the second floor of the Columbia College Chicago Library, is available to Columbia students and members of the Columbia community who are experiencing food insecurity. It provides unmonitored access to nutritious, individually-wrapped, single-serve food items during library hours. Our motto is "Take what you need. Give what you can." With your support, our library will continue to address food insecurity and also connect those who have pervasive needs to additional campus and community services.
