All donations to the museum are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, minus the fair market value of any benefit you receive. As a member, you have access to benefits associated with your level of giving; however, the fair market value of these benefits will be deducted from the total amount of your contribution. You are not required to accept these benefits. Denying these benefits will allow the full value of your donation to be recognized as a tax deduction as long as it is allowed by law.
