The hallmark of our work is the human connection between students and faculty and the way in which that dignifies the aspirations of younger students: socratic dialogue, seminars, and forming close-knit, civically and intellectually engaged communities. We are grateful for your help in keeping our students, particularly those in greatest need, connected and at the (virtual) seminar table in this difficult time.
Our transition to remote learning and instruction has introduced new and challenging costs to supporting our students in their education. Many, many students in the Bard Early College network have limited or no home access to either Internet service, a computer, or both. We are ensuring that every student has these tools and, through them, has a fair shot at a meaningful degree.
